I grew up watching my mother in her career and developed my passion for working with seniors and veterans. It is one of the most rewarding things I've done. Guiding the decision making for families and seniors builds rewarding relationships that can last a lifetime. Working with veterans and learning their stories has made a positive impact on my life and outlook.

Starting as a receptionist, my career evolved as I worked in every department in operations before moving into sales. With 30+ years of experience, my niche became the long-term care insurance arena and developing relationships with agents who work with seniors. My expertise and role educating seniors and their families on their options is fulfilling. I also enjoy being able to share my experience with co-workers and those new to senior care.

Those skills and passions have led me to my position of Account Executive for FirstLantic Healthcare. I am proud to be a member of a team that feels more like a family. FirstLantic Healthcare is a full service, privately owned and operated home healthcare company that has served South Florida since 2000. As a private duty home healthcare and professional care management agency, we serve Broward and Palm Beach counties, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own home.

As Account Executive for FirstLantic Healthcare, my position includes educating healthcare professionals, seniors and their families on long-term care opportunities; meeting with case managers, physicians, long-term care insurance agents, and patients who may need private duty home healthcare services; sitting on five boards providing industry expertise; and lobbying in Tallahassee and Washington D.C. for policy and legislation to positively impact patients and their families.
